BAND-IT Tool Repair

BAND-IT offers tool repair for many of the tools we sell. To begin a tool repair request please fill out the Tool Request Form Below:

BAND-IT Tool Repair Request

Please ensure that you complete all the steps below. This will help us get your tool back in working order as timely as possible.

1.    Complete all required fields in the form and click submit. You will receive an email with a copy of your request. 
2.    Within 1 business day you will receive an email containing a tool repair number and return instructions from BAND-IT’s Customer Service Team.
3.    Print the email from Customer Service and include in the box with the tool(s). If you are shipping multiple boxes print and include the email in each box.
4.    Write the tool repair number legibly/clearly on the outside of the package(s). 
5.    Ship the tool to BAND-IT.

Once the tool has been received at BAND-IT, we will typically have it through the repair process in 5-7 days. We look forward to serving you!
