BAND-IT has two options for securing hose sleeving in industrial applications: Junior® Smooth ID preformed clamp and Tie-Lok® preformed tie. Both are designed to withstand harsh duty hydraulic hose sleeving applications.
The IT Series tools are the optimal tools for installing BAND-IT Junior clamps and Tie-Lok ties in hose sleeving applications. The pneumatically powered tools perform three operations (band tension, lock, and tail cut off) in a single swift operation providing a consistent, accurate installation.

For high-volume applications the IT2000 and IT5000 pneumatic installation tools tension and cut the band. The heavy duty components and ergonomic design of the IT Series tools make it the perfect tool for securing hose sleeving.
The S Series Pneumatic Tools install Junior Preformed Clamps and are designed for high volume, bench mounted applications.
