You’ve invested in BAND-IT’s IT6000 tools for your clamping applications. You run your tools for hours each day attaching 100s of Tie-Lok® Ties and everything is going well. However, no machine is perfect and like any machine with moving parts, BAND-IT’s IT Tools require periodic maintenance at pre-determined intervals. We want your tools to keep running smoothly and avoid unscheduled downtime, so we recommend a list of maintenance activities to be carried out at 25,000; 50,000 and 100,000 clamp cycle intervals.
