The Updated IT1000-C Tool Features Increased Maintenance Cycle Times, Standard IT Series Wear Parts, and a Reduced Overall Cost of Ownership

The latest revision of the IT1000-C tool incorporates a total body redesign with a durable one piece exterior and a strengthened tool head.  The ball bearing front gripper and cut-off blade design will increase maintenance intervals by over 50%, matching the -C series of IT tools which are known for their longer life and peace of mind performance.  The IT1000-C increases clamp performance by 20% vs. the IT1000-AB series tool providing industry leading performance and decreased total cost of ownership.

The IT1000-C is the tool of choice for installing the 1/4” width TIE-LOK band system providing a consistent, accurate install of the BAND-IT TIE-LOK band.  The pneumatically powered tool performs three operations (band tension, dimple punch, tail cut off) in a single swift operation. 

Enhanced Tool Head Design

Less Frequent Maintenance Reduces Cost and Downtime
The IT1000-C tool head has been redesigned that is common to the other ITxxx-C series tools from BAND-IT.  Utilizing the same ball bearing linkage as the -C series tools, maintenance intervals for this common wear item are increased by over 50%.  A Stronger blade with two alignment dowel pins contribute to the robust head design increasing the recommended maintenance intervals above 25,000 cycles – a 50% increase over the IT1000-AB.
