Student Engineers Build Electric Racecars with Help From BAND-IT's EMI Solutions

BAND-IT is proud to sponsor the E.Stall Student Electric Racing Team of the University of Applied Sciences Esslingen. The E.Stall is a team of over 30 students who passionately design, manufacture and drive an electrically driven racing car in order to take part in the “Formula Student” competitions. This team is the next generation of engineers and designers that will build the automobiles of the future.

BAND-IT donated an A91079 Mini Tie Lok Tool and ties for the students to secure EMI Shielding in their race vehicle, which is just one of the critical systems the students design, manufacture, test, and then improve upon. The car is 100% created by the students from the vehicle design to the software that runs it.
